This judge is biased against male plaintiffs when the defendant is a female. She is not impartial when the defendant is a female, and neither does she listen to the facts if she wants to benefit a female defendant. (I hope that she has changed by now, as this was the case three years ago.)

In my case, I was the subject of classic case of Malicious prosecution with a neighbor motivated by code inforcement issue whete team metro latino inspectors that was tossed out for no just cause by Judge Nuria Saenz. Judge Nuria Saenz made good legal decisions, but allowed her latin roots to sway her and she said "she was sorry" to the latin petitioner, but could not do anything in this case to the Gringo Respondent. I am gringo who is offended she said sorry to the petitioner when she ask questions of the kid involved. Older gringos beware, you can be accused in miami dade county and be taken to court over unrelated issues if they want you to move out! I agree with others who have said:
A judge with a very pleasant demeanor, but she is very defense oriented and "does not rule impartially". If she can get past that, and follow the law, she has real potential. She Takes copious notes, but in my case did not bother to read the depositions. She Asks great questions. Thank god she asked the kid good questions in my case and discovered neighbor was upset over code enforcement actions they assumed the gringo neighbor must have done due to gossip by team metro and police. I would research her rulings and try to get another judge if client is Gringo.
