Rating:2.0
Comments:
Kelvin Wells is rude, unprofessional, runs his court room like a kangaroo courtroom. I watched him insult an attorney few weeks ago when the attorney was standing up at podium with his client, Wells ridiculed him. He interrupts, assumes anyone can get an attorney in a few days or a week and prejudices you if you do not have an attorney. He does not follow Florida Rules and Procedures and it is just time for this old man to go retire. [Redacted by Ed.] Not that its important but Wells is egotistical and most people that find out Wells is their judge pretty much have zero faith in the judicial system giving them a fair shake. GET HIM OUT OF THERE...[Redacted by Ed.] and we need fresh ideas, [Redacted by Ed.] .

Comments:
Judge Wells has no detectable bias towards defendant or plaintiff. He is a pleasant, patient judge who listens to and carefully considers the parties' arguments of fact and law.
