Not sure about this judge. He forgets what he says in previous hearings. He puts things in the orders and doesn't even let them be used for evidence. He rules based on opinion and not law or concrete evidence. It is difficult to work with a judge that does this. There is more.

He's known as "Sick" Ric Howard for a reason. Running unopposed means he's unaccountable to voters so that's why he's still on the bench for now.
