My sister-in-law was in a violent incident with her husband. She went to call police, he tore phone out of her hand and hit her shoulder. She is 100% disabled, unable to get up and run. He tore the home apart, punched 2 pane glass and destroyed it. This judge has been giving him MULTIPLE pre-trial meetings. During last one, my sister-in-law tried to say something, and he cut her off, and said NO, in a very demeaning manner. I felt horrible for her. He is definitely against men being charged with abuse against women. Very sad!

He's an extreme person, pretending to be calm and moderate. This man is ruining lives, and getting away with it.

I'm now 35 years old, and I have only had to stand before the citrus county court less times than one may count on a single hand. I will hold firm in my opinion when I state that judge yearman was extremely fair , very by the book to the letter yet respectful. He heard me out with an open mind and thoroughly made sure I understood exactly what was taking place while we were in session. I was scared to death to stand before our court but I'm thankful we have a judge whom is as just and easy to interact with. His patience was tested overall in my case yet he never wavered in his decision making process

The honorable goal is justice. Justice for all. People, creatures, situations. In the case of Soft Landings Parrot Rescue there was no justice. Most of all, no justice for the creatures in Ziggy's Haven. This doesn't stop here. All of the animals there and the property should have been subjected to evaluation. This is a pitiful and tragic outcome. There was no honor is ruling that the birds staying at Ziggy's was a "gift". That doesn't even make sense.

He is NOT an advocate for animal rights. He should be ashamed of his ruling against Soft Landings and for the abusers a Ziggys.

I am in a program kind of like drug court, the kind where you are basically set up to fail. Anyway Judge Yerman ask me a question expecting a different answer than the one I gave and kept challenging me to have a different answer; which I did not give. I felt like he was wanting me to say something that wasn't necessarily true. I had a good rapport with this judge up until this happened. I probably shot myself in the foot with the answer I gave. Only time will tell.

This judge does not listen to evidence. He makes up his mind without listening.

I HAVE LOST FAITH IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM DUE TO THIS MAN HELPING A WOMAN DEFRAUDING SECTION 8 BREAK IN, SQUAT FOR 7 MONTHS AND THEN DESTROY A MOBILE HOME.

THE OWNER NEVER GOT HIS DAY IN COURT NOR DID HE REC ANY NOTIFICATION OF A FEB 23 11 COURT DATE.
