Comments:
What an enigma Judge Lenderman is. He’s well-meaning and hard-working. But he's also easily distracted, quick to run down rabbit holes, and a sucker for technical arguments. He often fails to cut through the BS and see through to the nature of an issue. It results in a lot of carnage in his courtroom. It has worked both for and against me. Judge Lenderman is quick to dismiss cases, slow to enforce the Rules, and quick to call in the mediator. Judge Lenderman recently transferred to family court. We were relieved. I like Judge Lenderman as a human being, but I am hoping I can retire from law before he transfers back to civil court as he makes litigation more uncertain than it already is.
