This judge allowed a divorce trial to last for 2 1/2 years (28 months), a FJ finally 3 months after that and has left so much ambiguity that most all his decisions were appealed and overturned. Divorce is still playing out in court thanks to this judge? His poor decisions and poorly written FJ is the major cause of this ongoing case 6 years later after filing. Take him out of the Family Courts.

Rating:4.9
Comments:
Suffice it to say that this judge is extremely biased towards the State, terrible with bail and has found a way to waste the maximum amount of people's time while not moving a docket. Get him out of criminal as soon as possible.

Comments:
This judge takes too much time to make a decision. He works hard to get the decisions right, but frequently misses the mark. He leans heavily towards the state and is easily pressured by public opinion. He's too worried about making a mistake.
