Judge, I would like to personally thank you for ruining my Mothers, Fathers, Friends, and my own personal life. I have never heard of a judge who was so pathetic that he would give a 51 year old mother the option between six months in a lock down rehabilitation center or 75 days in orange county jail over a traffic violation, only one day after my own birthday. You are not only a sick, awful, twisted human being, but you are an embarrassing disgrace to the actual honorable judges who work among you. I don't want you to believe that this is a personal bias opinion, I've done my research on you. I recall one of your piers who transferred to a new court of law because he saw you as such a ruthless and evil man that he would warn to the defendant "Trust me, you need to keep your fingers doubly crossed and your toes crossed and everything else. Don't expect this conversation [with Miller]" he would also warn attorneys about how inevitable their clients jail sentence would be. If you don't mind me asking... How do you sleep at night? Knowing that you have wrongfully jailed others just like my nearly defenseless mother. Normally in a situation like this I would kneel at the foot of my bed and pray for my mother, but alas I am here praying that you can dig through your chest and find that scrooge like heart of yours. Hopefully you can turn a new leaf. The chance that you Honestly care enough to review this comment is beyond low, but if you do, just know that because of you a mothers child is sitting here in tears waiting for her to be ripped from my arms where I can not protect her from the evils of jail. That concludes my comment about you, your Honor. 01/27/16

Demands integrity and if you've got that, you're golden with him. Can be finicky but always tries to do the right thing by the Law. Very knowledgable and manages his docket like a champ. Model judge.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: FL1508
Model of integrity. A real asset on the local bench. He is missed on civil matters. Even handed and the "power of the state" hasn't gone to his head. Key is to be fully prepared and you'll win his respect.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: FL1220
Great judge, but misunderstood. A true gentleman who considers the law an honorable profession. Be on time, be prepared, do your job, and he will always treat you right.
A model of how a judge should be.
