Comments:
"Narcissistic with Borderline Personality Disorder" features define the personality of this judge, in my opinion. Judge Gievers high-handedly repays society for not being appointed to Florida's highest court, the Florida Supreme Court, by emasculating "straight" and "successful" men, and demonstrating a unfathomable bias in favor of women. Former Florida Secretary of State Katherine Harris referred to Judge Gievers as a "liberal lobbyist" and implied that she was a lesbian, according to published articles. It is also reported that she strongly supported organizations like NOW and GWEN (Get Women Elected Now). From what I have personally observed, her disdain for "regular men" cannot help but cause one to ponder whether she is indeed a "feminazi," but her sexual identity, real or perceived, is not an appropriate issue. Fundamental fairness and equal treatment under the law are both very appropriate and sorely lacking in Judge Gievers's court. Judge Gievers has diminished the public's respect for and trust in our judiciary in Tallahassee and Florida. Her opinion of herself is exceedingly inflated, especially considering the pronounced distaste for her among the members of our bench and bar. But fear of her wrath usually keeps such expressions, publicly, limited to a mild roar around the water cooler.
