This judge, is absolutely the worst judge in the history of any judge I've been in front of. And I've only been in front of two. I can't phathom how an idiot of a judge is even in office. It sickens me greatly and I wish no ill will on him, but just his look and name disgusts me. Please take Honorable out of his name. Because he is not...mainly the whole court system is based on a lie. I would not care if he feel off the face of the earth head first on a cement block. That's how much hate and loathe i have for an animal like him. Just a horrible human being. Doesn't listen to facts and I heard his father was in trouble with the law, but they cover that up. THE WORST HUMAN BEING IS MOSE FLOYD! I can't put judge in front of his name because that he is not.

This Judge did what no others have done. Called the fraud in a Civil Litigation of many years out for EXZACTLY what it was not to mention the waste of judicial recourses and Plaintiff's/ victims time and energy and victimized them all over again. This Attorney has made a living by not just creating and filing cases where there is NONE but then keeps it alive for years in the system while billing hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees while everyone else starves. This is a clear and deliberate pattern. In my review of over 50 of their cases, the exact gamesmanship, fraudulent document filing and misleading of the court by actions as well as the fraudulent filings that are recorded in our court records all over Florida and this is a horrible crime in our opinion. These actions demonstrates crystal clear agenda on this induvial's part. A blind person can see this yet ONLY 1 of the many courts this attorney has been before, The Honorable Mose Floyd's Court is the only one that acknowledged the extent of damage done by these actions but also referenced the many years it was purposely kept alive for the interest and gain of this individual. His Honor, Judge Floyd invested the time it took to separate a misunderstanding or mistake from the intentional misleading of the court, self served agenda and right out fraud which demonstrates to us, that he does live by his word and take's the Judicial interest of the State very seriously. "At all cost" make it right and fair. Just can not understand why someone has not reported this persons actions to the bar. We are so proud and honored to have this man as a Judicial in our Courts. Without a doubt, Judge Floyd looks at and studies the facts as well as what evidence is before the court with knowledge, compassion and fairness in mind, then applies the law, no matter whom it may be that's in question. Proud to know that, there are still a "Few Good Men Out There". Thank You, your Honor for being the example

I would join with the other commenters and say that Judge Floyd is like having another prosecutor, but that's not true, because his prosecutors are generally much more fair and even handed than Judge Floyd. Judge Floyd came up as a prosecutor and worked with Angela Corey. It's obvious that judge Floyd has chosen to perpetuate the poor/ineffective prosecutorial style that Angela Corey established here in Duval County. Hopefully the voters will do the same to him as they did to Angela.

Judge Floyd is the second prosecutor in the room. If you're a criminal defense lawyer, be prepared to be rushed to conclude your client's case. Also be prepared for the worst display of prosecution bias you will ever see from a sitting judge, period. Someone should run against him. Any opponent would have full support of the bar. In the meantime, hopefully he will stay in county court where he can't do too much harm. You've been warned.

Judge Floyd does not like criminal defense attorneys. He was appointed to his seat straight out of the State's Attorney's office and its really like he never left. He generally oversees all of his cases and likes to help the prosecution whenever possible. He also has a tendency to blame defendants and defense attorneys when the state's attorney screws something up. Appearing in Judge Floyd's court is like going up against two prosecutors.
