I do not think this judge looked at my case. I did not have pool access the whole time I stayed there & that is in my lease. So how come I don't get any compensation in return for being scammed into moving into an apt without a pool? They towed my only car then sued me for back rent when I had transportation issues getting to work, then would not even sign the Jax Eviction Program form & she cosigned this treatment of someone going thru a divorce also at the same time, who just lost their dad last year. She also did not even take into account I got scammed my lease amount does not reflect what they ask me to pay. I lost even though Shore house apts did me wrong. My car I invested 10K in. I only owed about 2K in rent, so how come that wasn't taken into account in my case? Why would you help a terrible apt complex win against someone going thru hard times?
