My first impressions of this judge were that he was very easy going and he seemed like a pretty decent guy at the time it was hard to explain that I was being maliciously harassed by the police and whether charges are dropped or not filed it still comes as an expense to me personally right now I am experiencing things such as people at the courthouse who are switching around arrest dates and judges of past arrest.. it is Governor Ron DeSantis Chief appointed judges job to handle things such as punishment for illegal activities committed by law enforcement officers and judicial court clerks figures and other judges.. this is not something I enjoy doing when a police officer does a favor that is a victimless crime which means no Financial loss no personal injury no mental anguish and no property damage that is a victimless crime... and undeserved arrest record is a crime when there is malicious intent especially when it's not an accident this affects Futures such as job opportunities renting a home or a condominium..
If there is more than one person applying they can easily decide to rent or give the job to somebody who does not have an arrest record which is separate of a conviction record..
Even though judges are not supposed to take your arrest record into consideration this is not true they're just not allowed to say it if they did not take it into consideration they would not allow a state's attorney to even bring it up if it did not matter this has happened to me personally..
Tampa police chief Brian Dugan has allowed officers from the Tulare & Fresno County to imprison people on fabricated charges and leave their name completely off the police report like Villanueva and Kaylene and attenza these are two stupid people that think they are looking for a serial killer and they suck at their job so they just steal from people they have done this before in California and let's talk about Hillsborough County sheriff's deputies and employees that get to steal out of the records department file restraining orders in females we have without their names that are also from me to Tulare and Fresno County areas in California... also we will get to the St Petersburg Police Department like officers Eric Smith who's from a big family in Scientology that gets to lie still and use a whole religious organization and police agency to hide what they have done how f****** pathetic is that next we will get to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Department... After moving from California and not being in any trouble in over 16 years I was arrested 6 to 7 times in the Tampa Bay area 4 to 5 of those arrests actually we're by officers or deputies from the Fresno and Tulare County areas in California.. some of this is going to follow DeSantis into the election obviously sir you are not understanding the position you were placed in that position to handle this type of corruption within the judicial system in the state of Florida you're that guy.. this includes keeping his relatives that are in the judicial system at a distance so you could stop the destruction when you see it coming before it gets to Mr DeSantis nothing will ruin everything that he has worked hard for faster than family or Relatives.. I've had to figure all of this out by myself no help from any type of law enforcement agencies provide all the documentation and it's cost me way over hundreds of thousands of dollars and everything I've ever owned... now these are my feelings since seems that everybody in law enforcement can falsify documents they can fill out all the f****** paperwork for me shouldn't have to go to jail pay for everything investigate everything provide all the proof and then fill out f****** paperwork take your little fat and grab your little hammer and tell somebody else to do something and smack it on the table ...

This judge was very polite allowed you to speak however I have to say I'm really irritated I was arrested on fabricated charges kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon the state put a red flag order on me which was all fraudulent the notary stamp it was issue by Hillsborough served by Pinellas and it was a complete fraud the notary commission was signed by Lisa Hickman and in her name however when you check the certificate and notary ID number it comes back to a Kathryn Cryer the signature does not appear to be that of a woman that works with paperwork on a daily basis you can tell it's a complete forgery I have it posted on my Facebook under the name Carye Hoy I filed for a hearing in front of Judge Ficarrotta to get my right to possess a firearm restored sentient temporary been taken by the red flag order even though those charges were dropped or not filed I was illegally denied since when I filed for the hearing [Redacted] in Tampa Florida he got scared and used one of his friends to arrest me so that I would have charges pending it doesn't it's innocent until proven guilty.. it must have been nice for [redacted] to have insurance policy switched around so that when I was stabbed twice in the back with a punctured lung make a collect the $50,000 policy this is something they've been doing for a very long time over there and all you do is assist them so I was wondering judge is it a requirement that you [redacted]

Here is another interesting link do you know that I spent 22 days in jail for not going to Tampa to sign this document that was served to me by a Pinellas County Law Enforcement Agency I'm bet you're happy not having to look like an idiot taking Desantis relatives recommendations.... you should get a very good kick out of this information I was hoping I to find out where I pick up my check since I could not get anybody to do anything after all the complaints and reports were filed... it was really funny I was in California and I took a picture of two 1911 handgun frames and my ex in Florida called me the very next day and said the cops were there looking for me and firearms ....
I'm not interested in being friends with people that are related to other people and I would really like to see Justice considering a lot of this is over the murder of 8-year-old cherish periwinkle and once again Amanda WiencKowski like I had stated to you before..

Honorable judge I usually don't like to be rude but I'm going to make an exception since I've given you multiple opportunities to fix your mistakes by illegal eating me the return of my right to possess a firearm.. at Marcus Malcolm's recommendation just because he's related to Desantis unfortunately I've had to contact the department of Justice DeSantis who's involved in human trafficking all the way from California to New York down to Florida so you look like you're associated with that..... If you're going to allow that fat pig Lisa Hickman is steal out of the records department .... I was hoping to receive a response regarding the questionable unfavorable decision I received regarding my right to possess a firearm all my charges had been dropped or not filed and I had spent 22 days in jail for between Pinellas and Hillsborough for voluntarily surrendering ammunition I was denied by you at the State's Attorney's request..
I'm off for doing favors but this is been a little bit too much for me to think of an isolated situation the very strange thing is is they were doing the same thing on the other side of the country to my youngest half-brother in California
If you would please take a moment to look at my Facebook I'm sure you will find a lot of interesting facts there I have multiple complaints & reports I feel as if though I've been arrested many times to oppress and Steal from me to keep me from filing any type of lawsuit to recover any of the monetary losses that I have suffered red flag orders that stole my second amendment rights that the records department as well as the Sheriff's Department had we're stolen or lost I do not believe that the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department loses paperwork unless they want to I feel as if though I've been very patient Highland California but I was living under a bridge in Florida for quite a while and lost everything I own and I feel no fault of my own I will include a couple links the first one will be the shortened version of what happened and there will be a couple others that I think you will find very interesting
The last link will be of the red flag order issued on Hillsborough County Florida that the records department and Sheriff's Department lost their copy so I provided them with a photographic copy of mine Lisa Hickmans signature does not appear to be that of a woman that works with paperwork on a daily basis also that notary stamp is registered to her like a firearm and is very dangerous and these people have been using it to steal more often than a firearm is used in the commission of a crime
they are stealing property constitutionally guaranteed second amendment rights and instead of doing the right thing when it is brought to their attention like I thought they would do they just had me arrested to steal everything steal the notarized documents even the arresting deputies name on the red flag order is incorrect.. also I find it very strange that every time I get arrested even when I'm only in custody for 7 days my house getting broken into and stuff taken or things that do not belong to me being placed in it...

They've done this so easily I'm sure they've done it lots of times... unfortunately due to the lack of response I've had to get the Department of Justice involved and I was hoping I could get somebody to fast-track fixing what has happened instead of just getting ripped off falsely imprisoned and then as a consolation prize having to fill out paperwork for a lawsuit and wait... I don't know whether to send a bill for my investigative fees since I have to be arrested and figure everything out myself unarmed with everybody else using my tax dollars against me also with some of these corrupted deputies officers and judicial figures working together doing things to people and Pinellas as well as Hillsborough County it would be nice if somebody would get a arrest photo of the forensic scientists Shantell Dixon she was definitely switching DNA samples around and I can easily prove that it's horrible that we have people actively pursuing and harassing innocent people all the way from Florida to California

Honorable Judge I would like to thank you for dropping the charges in Tampa for possession of ammunition even though the violation occurred in Pinellas County I had previously surrendered over 5000 rounds of ammunition and offered to surrender almost 5 lb of Triple 7 gunpowder these other two boxes of ammunition just didn't happen to be with the rest of it so when I found it while packing up the house I then voluntarily surrendered 100 round bulk pack of 12 gauge and a partial package 500 round count 22 ammo about 40$ total at Walmart... thankfully you dropped the charges and the judge in Pinellas dropped the charges I was in custody approximately 22 days and then released from Pinellas County I took a cab to my residence the tailgate happend to be off my truck.... and to my disbelief there was the ammunition that I was arrested for..22 days prior on 4/21/18.. when I was in custody on the incident which temporarily took my firearms rights my firearms were stolen and wound up sold to William Twyman at A1 Pawn Tampa Florida sometime between 4/21/18 and 4/29/18 I paid $20,000 cash on a $200,000 Bond mainly because I had my German Shepherd puppy with me and they were going to adopt him out after 10 days in quarantine if I didn't get him here is the scary part there was a 30-page police report found in my house my gun collection is gone compound bow along with other possessions it had been printed up 4/23/2018 there was also a phone that did not belong to me I called the Sheriff's Department records department listed on the top of a police report the lady asked me for the police report number and then the 4-Digit pin at the bottom left-hand corner of the paper she paused then she told me that that was her pin number but she did not print it up and it was impossible for me to have that paperwork her name was Edwina Smith a very sweet lady and normally it would not be available to me for something like 20 days so I'm assuming whoever stole it out of the records department under Edwina Smith's pin number obviously had to do with all my false arrest's and fictitious restraining orders that I know that they cannot show my girlfriend on camera at the courthouse or police station filling out these restraining orders thankfully all the charges were dropped and I had to file for a hearing to get my right to possess a firearm reinstated I was denied even though all the charges were dropped or not filed.. during that time while I was prohibited due to false arrest and a fictitious police report the single Deputy that did this to me left his name completely off the police report and put damn. Daniel heffron's name in his place GPS and assigned vehicle locations will show that during this time that I was prohibited an unknown assailant came to the house uninvited and stabbed me twice in the back punctured my lung and sliced my elbow i got 20-something Staples down the back of it... thank you for not going the extra mile to screw me over...Thank You
