Practiced criminal law regularly before Judge Larue for six months and he is an excellent judge - fair, smart and patient. He is TREMENDOUSLY missed in Putnam County.

Judge LaRue-thought giving my kids what they thought they wanted was the best parenting plan versus what would be in their best interest. He allowed and apparently agreed that the best living solution was living with a unemployeed porn addicted father, in a travel trailer behind his mother's home- and inside the mothers home lived a recently arrest oxycontin addict, who had just gotten arrest for heroine. apparently to Judge LaRue,This was a better option than to the mother who was the only one in the household working, how had been raising and supporting them for the year that the father had been out of the house (and was not paying ANY child support), kids were active in church, school functions and were thriving in their community. Not only the poor living situation, but their was testimony from witnesses who noted the father had said if they came to live with him in SC, he would make sure the mother or her family never saw the kids. He totally disregarded that. And so the update to this Mr. LaRue- the kids were kept from their mother- phones blocked, changed, he would take them out of town when the mother would come to town, hid their where a bouts-just as he'd promised. His attorney: Alicia Washington, Bunnell FL agreed with this action- she's a slime attorney and was reported to the FL Bar. Emails were retrieved that showed the fathers intentions and she was well aware and encouraged her client to lie in court. So as far as an update, the situation was so bad that one child refused to fly back to SC, when they were able to get away.. DSS has been involved for him withholding medical care.. and thanks to a sucky family court system, my kids are stuck in hell until they can leave on their own free will at 17 in SC.. so thanks for such a great job Mr. LaRue, you are LESS than Honorable. And I hope you get what you deserve for destroying 2 children's lives forever. It's bad enough their was a divorce, but you placed them in harms way. again great job! I really hope you read this! I hope Karma pays you back!
