Rude and lazy. Everybody knows he doesn't get to the courthouse untl 9 a.m. at the earliest . Doesn't even bother to offer excuse. Thinks he's above it. Usually leaves around 3:30. God forbid that a hearing might go past five o'clock. He throws a temper tantrum.

This judge appears to have a personality disorder. He is total jerk when he puts that robe on. Attorneys who have known him for years cannot figure out what his problem is. He is a bully plain and simple.
If you are with the right large firm he will suck up to you---but those who were in the trenches with him at one time he treats like dirt. It is sad. He is clearly an unhappy man.

The problem with this judge is not that he is stupid, he is just lazy and has an awful temperament. Arrives late and leaves early. Very friendly off the bench, but mean spirited and nasty once he gets on the bench. People who have known him for years now want nothing to do with him because he thinks he can be a complete jerk on the bench. Some of the most respected and even-tempered attorneys around think there is something seriously wrong with him.
