It is very sad to have Judge that avoid to exercise her authority because is demanded by a pro se litigant. She overruled the law and permitted the pro se litigant to suffer several violations just to protect an corrupted attorney.

This judge is the real deal. She listens attentively. She focuses on the law and has a filter for eliminating nonsense. An extra added bonus is that she is polite, friendly and respectful. Every judge should aspire to emulate this county court judge who one day will hopefully be elevated to a higher level judgeship, because she can make a real difference in the quality of care litigants receive in important cases. She deserves a 10+.
