She ruined my entire life I haven’t seen my boys for over 2 going on 3 years she has no heart whatsoever. I really don’t know how she is able to sleep at night. This woman doesn’t deserve her role as a judge let alone even being a part of the Legal system. It’s all about the $$$ if you are pro Se you might as well save yourself the heartache. I have videos and recordings she violate me and my children’s rights, so many other woman here in Miami are going through the same thing with this woman. Very sad sad situations not only with myself but with many other woman and there kids. This needs to stop. I pray everyday GOD makes a way. If you end up getting her make sure you have a lawyer and hope they know each other just like her and Wanda Rufin new each other. And look at Rufin now Suspended. Hoping sooner than later it will happen so I can be seen infront of another Judge and they can reveal & review the broken family she tore apart and had no mercy to even just do her job. She open and closed my case on no evidence. Every Dog Has there Day. Good luck ????

This judge is definitely pro-men. She abuses her power. She humiliated me during an emergency hearing and empowered my already abusive ex-husband. He further used this against me and turned my younger son against me. No judge should be able to abuse their power. I was born here in this country and I do not have a criminal back ground. This judge out right called me a criminal. That is the crime. She should not be a judge. How was she re-elected when she was not on the ballot?

First, this judge was not on ballot when put in position. The whole state should be questioning how she ended up having a seat in our justice system. Second how is there this many accusations of bias and this is not investigated and yet she is allowed to abuse her power without any questions. This is alarming and dangerous for children in family court. [Redacted by Ed.] She is a danger to children and victims of domestic abuse because she is sympathetic to abusers.

She is probably the most despicable person that you will ever met , she is a bad judge and I don’t know how people like her can practice, she does no rule on evidence or law she rules on her mood , she is rude , insolent and racist . Very bias especially if you are a women , please record with your phone all your interactions with her because she will lie.

If you are in a divorce and you end up with this judge, INMEDIATELY try to change judge she is the worst Person/Judge I have ever encountered... Talk to your lawyer to see if he could change the minute they know!!!
I unfortunately had her in my case, she sided with the opposite party-(she is pro-man) or maybe whatever her day mood is she will act upon. Unprepared, nasty a real bitch...How do these people get elected for judge?? MONEY???? she should be booted out of the judicial system!!!

Unprepared. Case was brand knew to her each time we went to court. Will attempt to get familiar with case but she was clueless. Often tardy or cancelled hearing. Judges should be observed/monitored. Terrible experience.

Poor - Closed my case after my former husband fail to appear in court. Unprepared and unengaged. He had a history of abuse and neglect, and non compliance with his responsibilities.

She says "if you have a problem address the court" then when you try to speak she tells you to stay quiet. You file an emergency motion it doesn't get viewed nor responded with availability. She doesn't pressure fathers who are avoiding discovery for child support and instead sends you to mediation. She drags out the cases for years. I agree with prior comments "She will only read the father's submissions, is ill-prepared for hearings, and is often rude and condescending to female litigants."

I have never been treated so disrespectful by a judge in all my cases across Florida. She intentionally humiliated me in open court, causing her recusal from my case. Very disappointed to think a judge could could not separate emotions from administrating justice

She is extremely biased against females. I cannot express this enough. It would be best to fight to have a different judge. She absolutely refuses to listen to female litigants and makes gross assumptions and erroneous stereotypes of most female litigants. She sides with fathers as a rule of thumb regardless of evidence, law, or fact. She will only read the father's submissions, is ill-prepared for hearings, and is often rude and condescending to female litigants.

She is very Biased against females. Has not taken time to study my case, she is ill prepared, and my life depends on her judgement, only gives 15 minutes of her time, and does not have time to listen to my side. I will have to struggle for the rest of my life because of her inadequate actions. I am 66 years old, and sick, and expects me to live meagerly when I was married to someone who has money. She should never be a judge
or an attorney, this woman should be banned from any legal position within the courts.

Quite possibly the dumbest judge in the Miami-Dade family law bench.

Horrific temperament; extremely emotional; and makes assumptions about litigants, especially female ones. Tends to have a severe bias against female litigants and favors male litigants.

Judge Cuesta is not a star of any sort. Had to be recused from the case and a complaint filed for ethical and legal violations. The basic principals of law were not even adhered to. She does not read motions or review case material prior to hearings or trials and wants information spoon feed to her. Emotions govern her actions and not facts, law, evidence, nor intelligence.
