He was disengage at sentencing. It was obvious that he was not paying attention and it seemed as if his mind was made up before he entered in the courtroom. He Allowed prosecutor to make false statements. He Never paid attention as witness spoke or looked at evidence of anything entered he seemed preoccupied . I don’t believe he read the motions submitted or letters that were submitted on behalf of defendant. The imposed sentence was excessive for the crime. A low life drug dealer got as much time as a kingpin.

This is an excellent Judge that reviews all the evidence before him before ruling. He is completely unbiased and listens carefully to the arguments on both sides. He is well versed in legal precedent for issues related to summary judgment. This is exactly why he was tapped for a higher bench.
