Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: FL4424
One of the worst judges I have ever experienced and unfortunately, she was always in a terrible mood. Coming to court to deal with her was always a joke, because you couldn't rely on the facts, you had to rely on her inconsistent and emotional rulings. No one liked having to appear before her. She would waste time on unnecessary matters, for example, consents and proposed agreed orders would be questioned and challenged. As a result of her lack of focusing on the real matters and constantly wasting time, she would never be able to complete her docket and would have to send the majority of her cases over to another judge to get the job done. In total, between her bad attitude and failure to efficiently rule on cases, she needed to be gone a long time ago.

Pleasure to try a case in front of this judge. Smart as a whip and pleasant, very knowledgeable and reads the cases applicable to the case at hand. Respectful and professional- she is definitely doing her job well in my opinion.
