Disgusting and unprofessional, doesn't listen to both sides. Never been before such a rude judge, actually seemed like he had been paid off prior to walking in. He didn't listen to any of the actual evidence he already had made his decision before he go on the bench. He should be stripped of his power.

I am a local real estate broker.[Redacted by Ed.] His demeanor in zoom call was disgusting. He spent more time on a powertrip than getting to the facts of the case. [Redacted by Ed.] This was a cut and dry eviction. I sat in on a zoom call for one of my clients. She has been trying to evict tenant for non payment and lease has been over for at 3 months. He ruled in My client/landlord favor. It has been 6 days we have waited for him to sign off on judgement and client paid $90 for writ. There have been constant calls to the court house regarding very important documents needing to be signed by him. He does not care. He favors non paying tenant. I need to sell my clients home so it does not go into foreclosure. Meanwhile he is allowing the tenant as much time as she wants to live in the home for free. Tenant still has not paid April or May on top of the over $6000 still owed. Judge Burns needs to be voted out!! [Redacted by Ed.]

You need to step down. This atrocity where Khyler, 15 years of age lost his life is unconscionable. 20 year record of his killer. You gave him probation.
I hope you have a teenager in your home and you get on your knees and beg forgiveness from God.
Apologize to Khyler’s family.
