This is another Collier circuit judge who frequently violates the US constitution in violation of 18 USC 242. He issues ex parte prior restraints on speech and guns, which not only violates the 7th amendment, 2nd amendment, and first amendment, but also due process rights. See Carrol v Princess anne, Inc.
