Litigant

Comment #: FL7887
Rating:1.0
Comments:
He does not pay attention to detail. Signs proposed fraudulent orders without reading them. This way he voided two of his own prior orders without holding a hearing. He also entered two contradicting orders on the same topic without explaning which order to follow. Keeps delaying motions and petitions that are pending for years. There is no due process with this judge. This is obstruction of justice by the judge.

Rating:4.0
Comments:
He has a temper in court and tantrums like a baby. He is not fair at all. I do not think he should be on the court and could stand to take five minutes and read the court file before entering a judgment on an emergency motion. He responded to a motion I filed and had not read the court file and was wrong about his comments.
