He is open to hear everything the attorneys have to say and does not stop them from stating anything they feel necessary for him to hear. No ego and does not flex his authority.

Litigant

Comment #: FL3431
Rating:1.0
Comments:
i can't give him a zero. He is Biased. His JA put altered ex-parte communications into court records to CYA after they were confronted about the inappropriateness of some ex-parte communications. The Judges JA agreed to keep a litigant "in the loop". Since when is the court considered in the loop with any litigant. Especially a litigant that got caught commiting perjury at least 10 times. 32 minutes of testimony missing from a hearing. Judge Martz is disrespectful to women. Judge Martz needs to go to animal court and continue hearing cases about parrots, because the decisions he makes in family cases affects children and families. Judge Martz doesn't find a problem with litigants entering perjured testimony, orally and in writing, when it was being revealed in court coincidentally the hearing stops being recorded. The the hearing resumes recording when the father is represented in a more positive light. the court hearing stops recording at 2:57 pm and resumes recording at 3:31 pm. that is a RED FLAG. The ability to alter a court transcipt is HUGE futhermore why would a honest Judge want to, or if it happened accidentally acknowledge and correct it
