If you have this judge on your case and you are the defense, you will not get a fair trial. She is a former prosecutor and is only for the Prosecution!She is the worse judge in Broward County. Your best bet is to ask her to recuse herself off the case right away.She has already judged your case before hearing your side ! Parents will not get a fair trial with her. She is biased and unfit to wear a robe judging cases!

The reasons for her cruelty is because she use to be a prosecutor before she was a judge. This doesn't justify her actions but gives you knowledge on her background. She means well but has no respect for culture, religion or minorities. She is a ring leader in a circus she calls her court room but keep in mind....what goes up must come down especially judge Bristol also known as the circus clown.

Everyone who has been affected by her cruel and unusual judgments must do research and communicate CONSISTENTLY through this forum.

I am researching information on how long she has been allowed to do this and when she is up for re-election so that we can TAKE ACTIONS ON GETTING RID OF HER!!

It is imperative for the sakes of children currently involved with Broward County Courts and who made need the "HELP" of a judge who is capable of being fair and impartial. These are OUR CHILDREN.

WE CAN DO SOMETHING, WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR OUR CHILDREN!!!!

WE HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER AND BE CONSISTENT AND INSISTENT ON REMOVING HER FROM THE BENCH!!!!!

Her responses are too consistent to be considered a performance. It is apparent that she has no compassion or concern for the best interest of a child. We have to get her off the bench.I will do some research and post again soon.

This woman is absolutely Awful. I do not understand why she has been appointed to make decisions in the best interest of a child. I believe her intention is to sabotage the futures of African American children.

Would love to know how to get her out of that robe. She makes no eye contact with the parent, simply rolls her eyes around in her head toward the ceiling when addressing a parent and generally has little or no compassion for the family relationship.

This judge Judge Bristol distroyed me AND my childrens life, after being before her me and my children will need major Counseling. She literally gives me nightmares about her. She is BIOS, DISCRIMINATORY, RUDE, UNFAIR, HATRED AND JUDGEMENTAL. She does not base her rulings on the facts but solely on her personal feelings. She give ABSOLUTELY no (HOPE) to families! I believe that God has the final judgment on people's lives and when its her turn to be judged before the Honorable Almighty we will see what her condemnation will be. She is very judgemental she believes all people are bad in her eyes.She is so unprofessional makes faces and remarks at parents. Gives no hope to parents who are trying or may have lost there way. She is a cold and has no heart I feel sorry for any parent having to go infront of her its SATAN...

Unfair, unjust,bios and prejudice. In my case this Judge would rather close the case and put the children up for adoption. The children are in a good, loving home with the grandmother. It is all about what she wants to do (Court orders that keep the children and grandmother away from the rest of the family) not what is good for the children. My opinion is that it is not about the children what so ever. It is about what she wants. I have never been talked down to like she did to me.

In the two cases that I observed, Judge Bristol handled children very poorly, keeping three children in two families in foster care even though they had perfectly good parents (one, a father; the other, a mother) ready, willing and able to take them. She preferred to ensure the money for the foster care agencies, the assorted lawyers, GALs, psychologists, etc. In other words, right there in the system like almost all the other Family Court judges.
