Been before Judge Eade on several cases and am always happy to have a case before him. He clearly enjoys his job. he is very careful and thoughtful (funny too) and on complex case he is very active in managing the case. He will break a complicated litigation into logical phases which makes litigation more efficient. Does not like games. One fo the best judges in the Circuit.

One of Judge Eade's strengths is a fault. He thinks out loud. But he thinks things through. Not the sharpest crayon in the box, but sufficiently smart to think things through. It just takes him a while - WHILE OTHERS WAIT! In my several cases with him, I found that he usually arrives at the right decision. I have found him to be a bit partial once he 'hooks' into something or someone he likes or dislikes about their case, their issues or their attorneys or their clients. Then you have an uphill battle if you are on the other side. Always treated with respect, except for our time. And I have worked until 6pm and through lunch because he wants to work. I would prefer that he keep a more normal schedule and be punctual.
