I lost trust in our judicial system after meeting Judge Lebow. She denied my right to a speedy trial four times within a 16-month period after I was arrested -- once because state prosecutor Bell had a prepaid vacation. Judge Lebow ignored my request for the taped evidence; with Bell, she ignored my motion to dismiss based on lack of evidence and probable cause. I was able to show physical evidence that the statements made by the state were fictitious and also provided a letter from the Department of Medicine stating that there was no probable cause and recommending that the charges be dismissed. But no one would look at the evidence. I was highly disappointed by the unprofessional manner in which Judge Lebow conducted her courtroom.
