Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: FL3294
Rating:2.5
Comments:
She listens to argument, then gets frustrated and throws up her hands and agrees with everything a PIP plaintiff's attorney wants. She cannot understand simple common sense. She is smart enough to keep up with the argument, but not smart enough to see through B.S. Anything goes in Judge Pratt's courtroom. We need some term limits. She needs to go get a job as a lawyer, and reap what she sows.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: FL1397
Rating:9.1
Comments:
She follows the law, and hears everyone out before ruling. You cannot ask for more than that as a litigator.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: FL1174
Rating:1.8
Comments:
This is a judge who needs to actually read law before she enters a critical ruling. She also needs to have the common sense to recuse herself in a case where she is having lunch with a litigant upon whom she will rule in favor of on the day of her luncheon. Physical observation is that she should stop placing both hands on her head during a complex hearing. She should never have the chance to become a circuit court judge.
