We can all only hope this very poor judge does not try to come back as a "Senior Judge" (great part-time work if you can get it, they can't get paid unless out of office for one year)....let's mark our calendars around January 2016 and see if this guy resurfaces for another meal at the taxpayers feed trough.

glad he finally retired should have done it years ago

I had bad experience with Judge Alan Dickey. He does not care much about the law; he does whatever he wants in the Court. He is a very biased judge who makes decisions based on his personal attitude. You can present as many proofs as you want, but he will not take them into account. I truly believe that this person cannot be a judge because he violates laws and feels unpunished for that.

In the cases I watched Judge Dickey was obviously biased. I was shocked to see his disregard for the law. He made up his mind he disliked one party and no matter what factual evidence he presented to the court, Judge Dickey chose to ignore it all! At one point I thought he was realizing his mistakes but stayed biased and downright mean I think to save face and not admit he was wrong. He is definitely an ego! Shame on him.

A very good judge, with many decent traits.
