Disregards the law when making decisions. No ability to determine who's truthful and who's not. Forms biased personal opinions with no facts to substantiate them.

I have never seen a judge who singularly alienates the victim with such ease - that of course assuming that the victim is an injured party and defendant.... and of course it presumes that this tenancy court idiot doesn't first get bond of replevin from potential defendants so the court prospers regardless of the truth... this judge defies reason, logic and common sense. I would challenge him to match of wit, brains and ability to understand the complexity of lawsuits if he didnt hide behind the robe of contempt. bottom line, dont present facts, post 2 or three months rent in advance and whether you are right or wrong you will prevail because this moron on the bench presumes to know the law and hois law is that the person with money in hand is right and the rightful man is insufficient to even be heard/dw 2013

When before this Judge, one attorney or the other is going to be reamed. He doesn't listen and decides to dislike an attorney or party quickly and then it's over. Also, you never know if you will be the unfortunate attorney from one case to the next. He doesn't decide he dislikes you and holds it against you forever. He simply goes from the gut and the fear is one never knows what will happen. Also, I have had people come to me to appeal decisions and inevitably the stories of what happened are simply scary. I do what I can to avoid him and advise prospective litigants to settle.

Apparently this judge does not have a heart or a soul for that matter. He has order my Mother who is 93 years who's been in the hospital for the last 3 days battling for her life, and I who take care of her out of the home where we live by next week. He didn't even give me a chance to have a hearing. Most people that become, doctors, lawyers and judges forget the real reason why they choose their profession. They become these robots with no heart and who do not even care to make a difference once in a while. I was only asking for a new agreement, I am up to date with my payments. You could given me a little more time under the circumstances. Now the streets will our home, thank you so much and God bless you with more compassion love and kindness!!!!!!

The fact that this man is a judge is absolutely frightening. St. Lucie County residents, beware! If you are a tenant and have a landlord/tenant case, don't bother showing up for court.

I have not appeared in front of Judge Walsh in years and I am grateful for that. He plays favorites and is biased, not good qualities for a judge! He is married to the elected Public Defender, which just seems so wrong. His demeanor is terrible. He is often rude, especially to criminal defendants who appear in front of him. He has a huge ego. He should not be on the bench.

To be completely frank, although I have never lost a hearing or a trial in front of this judge, he is a complete and utter idiot. He has no business sitting as a judge. His knowlege of the substantive law and procedure is utterly and completely defunct. He needs to crack the old law books a little more and open his mouth a little less. His overall demeanor is terrible if you have the audacity to disagree with him. The trick to this guy is to make him think he came up with the idea. Once you have that down, you're home free.
