This is hard for me but it's important for me to share. I was the victim of a violent crime a while ago. Judge Levin presided over the case against the perpetrator who got off on all of the charges with nothing - no jail time, no probation, no nothing. I always thought something was "off" about the whole thing. Now today, some light has been shed on things for me. The perpetrator hired Steven Ziskinder to defend him and thanks to extensive research I have concluded, [Redacted by Ed.] So in closing I want to say I am disappointed in Judge Levin

Good luck! Let's hope no one reading this is a victim of any crimes. Stay safe, everyone.

I have had a few cases over the years before this judge and never had much of an opinion either way. But at a hearing last week, Judge Levin actually nodded off for what appeared to be 1 minute. "Your Honor?" "Your Honor?" "Your Honor?" After 4 tries to wake Judge Levin from his short slumber, he finally awoke and apologized. Such a shame this is the best our Courts have to offer.

temper/temperament issues again with judge levin.

judge levin for a 2nd time in the last 2 occasions i had a hearing in his courtroom showed poor demeanor, was vulgar, quick to shut me down despite opposing counsel speaking for 5x the amount of time i had, and had terrible physical reactions (facial expressions and hand gestures) with every word i spoke.

i'll be pleased for the legal community when judge levin retires. this schtick has grown too old. 20+ years is long enough.

In a Zoom hearing on May 12, 2020, this judge polled the attorneys to determine if a heavily litigated case surrounding 1701 SW Palm City Road, Stuart was "closed" disregarding the hundreds of pages of documented evidence of fraud and conspiracy? Whaddayaknow, they all said yes! Odd thing is that the 19th circuit, city of Stuart, Martin County and AZ Properties, whom participated in the hearing do not have a record of this hearing?? That's not good.

Judge Levin does not give litigant even the appearance of fairness. He pronounces his verdict after reading a pleading without even hearing evidence. Families don’t stand a chance of having their rights protected in his courtroom. They are considered guilty from the moment their names appear on a piece of paper. Not even the parents attorneys do anything. Trial? Preparation for trial? Ha! “We don’t do that”- PB RRC
