Judge Cox is a Racist Tyrant who engaged in a criminal scheme to aid and abet in the concealment of felonies by agents of defendats in my case and obstruct due administration of justice organized crimes. This is a usual and customary practice of Judge Cox to which I can prove beyond a prepoderence of doubt. Further I have been contacted by dozens of similar victims of hers that are in violation of 18 USC 242 and include her aiding and abetting in kidnaping and concealment of manslaughter committed by her friends under the color of law.

Sorry. If your a denfendent and your panitiff is the bank your done. As she said at my pre trialI had 4 motions to compell forr discovery and the bank had nothing and she said out loud in front of 20 people it will not matter anyway the out come will be the same. She sounds like Jaimie Diamond at Chase with the FBI cufflinks. Above anybody. Know law apply to a Bank of the Lawyers foreclosure mills. Prove starts with the clerk and the fraud starts the second they record the false paper work. This is hurting the public with no clear chain of title and they hide and cover up with Chicago title company. Remember UCC code in writing recorded and taxes must be paid in to the clerk.MERS is none of this.Lien must have construtive notice and must be perfected before the clerk of court can go foward to bring a lawsuit. If I build a pool at your home and I do not record and give constuctive notice and I finsh the pool and you dont pay me and I go file a lawsuit and I did not give constuctive notice that is a letter of conmensment the clerk of court will say to bad. And you will be not be able to perfect the lien and you will end up with nothing. The banks are in the same boat a the laws do not apply?

Just a terrible person and a terrible judge. As someone pointed out below, she is so full of herself it's sickening. She is absolutely unable to be impartial, and will base her decisions on either 1)you rub her the wrong way for some reason, or 2)your opposing party is a bank. Also, my God. Dishonorable. Unjust. Does not follow law. Holds her self in esteem & above law w/her power. She is either ignorant of law or chooses to make her own law, the latter being my guess. I did win an appeal against her 1 st ruling but it took finding an honest atty.(4-5 atty's & thousands $'s later) who was not afraid to go against her. She made an yet another unlawful unjust decision to which my (new found) atty. objected and noted objection so she (finally) recused herself. She is verbally violent & abusive. She leans toward siding w/men in custody w/no regard to what is "in child's best interest". (In my case that was giving 48 hr. custody switch for a breastfeeding baby!) I won on appeal, however her fervor when I had to return to her Court was dispicable. She sahould not be in family law or any law for that matter.

Judge Cox has good days and bad days. Some days she is absolutely brilliant and even-handed. However, on other days she can only be compared to Judge Judy in a steroid rage. She has an incomparable level of knowledge in the area of family law. Unfortunately, she tends to assume certain things are true just because a lawyer said so when no evidence whatsoever has been presented. She sometimes also has a higher opinion of her legal knowledge than is warranted. If she thinks something is the law, it is the law regardless of what the law actualy says. She has a strong hand in the courtroom and tends to not allow lawyers to do their jobs in presenting the testimony or in making argument. On the other hand she is effective at cutting through the BS that is frequently presented in her courtroom. Like I said though, all of this changes from day to day. For that reason many lawyers avoid litigating cases that are A-L because they cannot predict her behavior on any given day or on any certain set of facts. I hope that she works on some of the things I have pointed out. If she could just work on the judicial temperament thing a liitle more, I think she would move up in my rankings.
