Absolutely DISHONORABLE Constitution Offending Judge who approves R.P.O.'S without probable cause due to Blatant bias for the Perjury Committing, evidence destroying corrupt Polk County Sheriff's Dept. who quite conveniently does not wear body cameras and are staunchly against them and the transparency that comes with the recordings. This Tyrants Husband is or was Suing the County because He didn't get picked for the open position. Too bad theres already mass corruption going on between Brian Haas and the Kaylor Family who happen to be neighbors and friends Judge Stacy Kaylor, Assistant State Attorney Kris Kaylor, Defense Attorneys Matt and David Kaylor all in the 10th Judicial Ckt. and the list goes on.
A corporation would call that Nepotism yet Polk County allows this Good Ol Boy Familial Corruption. There is a Tyrant Registry that has been compiled and will be released in due time. For Legality see binding Precedent such as the cases of Brayshaw V City Of Tallahassee, Publius v Diane Boyer Vine, Brandenberg V Ohio, Sheehan V Gregoire, Counterman V Colorado, Elonis V United States and the list goes on and on. SHAME ON THESE TYRANTS.

Okay, this judge is impressive. She listens, she reads the pleadings and law, she's very even-handed, and she has the patience of Job. I suspect I lost, but that doesn't really matter to me when I know the judge gave each party a fair shake. She did that and then some.

This judge judges without hearing or caring about the facts. She's biased and makes very unfair comments in her courtroom to fathers who are going above and beyond to be involved with their children. She changes like the wind. Fair one day,unfair the next. She took part in ex parte communications with opposing attorney after court dismissed. Judged before hearing the facts.
