Espero que para mi próxima cita por favor ?? aprenda a escuchar más y más humana me siento en riesgo y no creo que sea normal que haya que esperar caer en un hospital o que el esposo le rompa la boca a uno ya que hubo amenaza y no me concediera la orden de restricción temo que mi ex pareja me haga daño o a mi familia y luego se vaya por frontera por que le diste más crédito a él que a mi Por favor ?? ayúdeme !!!!!!

Judge Diaz is not fair. Judges according to the status quo and does not bother to think deeply about any issues. She sentences defendants to the max without ever considering any alternatives.

She is an example of someone who has gotten ahead, based solely on her connections.I have appeared in front of her several times in the past years and I was not impressed with her knowledge of the law. Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Judge Diaz is very fair. She listens to each party and reviews the Motions. She is very familiar with the case law and makes informed decisions.

She's part of the class of judges over the past years who have slotted into circuit court based on their last name or political connections. One thing almost all these judges have in common is that becoming a judge was actually a pay RAISE which is a bad sign.

Anyway, she's generally a dingbat and she doesn't have the aptitude for this job and it costs both sides a whole lot of money. You can tell because she never states her reasoning for why she rules because that would require an actual understanding of the case or statute. I guess better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. Hopefully she gets elevated to a DCA and us folks in the trenches don't have to suffer her stupidity on a day to day basis.

Allows one case at a time for motion calendar. Doesn't review before hearing.Temperamental and somewhat arrogant. If you matter is not noticed it will not be heard so you have to watch out for an opposing attorney who sharp practices before this judge.
