She's a horrible judge all around! If a defendant refuses to plea because of innocence she will make him pay. I a mother of a defendant followed his every move and I would not allow him to plea and we went before a jury. The defense lawyers did not properly defend my son instead withheld vital information that would have found him innocent before the jury right off the bat but instead they withheld this pertinent information in the accusers testimonial deposition. They entrapped him with a phone call but would not confront the accuser with what she pronounced with her own mouth which my son declared to the court which would have found him innocent. Nevertheless, this monster of a judge still incarcerated him on a misdemeanor for a year. Many defendants have been jailed because of pressure to plea while being innocent of charges and the court knows it. Its all for the bond payments they receive if they incarcerate defendants. She needs to be removed!
