Litigant

Comment #: FL9647
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Judge authorized public use over the private easements of over 128 landowners with due process or compensation. Never looked at the title for each, nor surveys, nor decoration of easements which only authorized certain landowners reciprocal ingress/egress. She violated both federal and state constitutional laws as well as case law. Maintenance is still privately paid for by these land owners and not a penny from the plaintiff or county. Meanwhile the easements remain destroyed as result of her unlawful ruling.

Rude, biased, imperious, self-important. Among the worst of judges. Intellectually dishonest.
