does not put with b/s with insurance companies - ordered an insurance company to pay the settling plaintiff in three days not three weeks as they wanted. Just as organzied as a federal judge with efficient staff on case management conferences This one should be federal judge someday

This judge had three complex motions for summary judgment. At trial time, he had read them all, knew all the facts and the law, and knew what he wanted answered. He is the best-prepared judge that I have been before in a very long time. (He's amazingly polite, too.)
