Comments:
He is an insult to mediocrity.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: GA81
Rating:2.4
Comments:
This judge has no grasp of construction litigation principles or construction contracts. He will not consider summary judgment. He has confused jury instructions by shuffling tort and contract substance and damages. He read magazines all during trial and never followed any of the testimony, so his rulings on objections were completely arbitrary. This is from a civil trial lawyer with 35 years of experience.

One of the best jurists I have had the pleasure to practice law before. Judge Schwall is fair, professional, and knows the law well. One of the very best Judges in all of Georgia.
