Looks at himself as a super prosecutor. Despises civil cases of every stripe. Will not accept equity cases of any kind, even though his court has exclusive equity jurisdiction. Can be incredibly dictatorial in style and approach to his handling of cases. An arbitrary and capricious personality to occupy such an important judicial post.
