This judge is polite, smart and hardworking. After waiting for the judge to resolve several criminal cases, when my case was called I was pleasantly surprised to realize Judge Gailey had read all of my pleadings beforehand. He had a grasp of the facts of my case and the law and listened to our arguments in their entirety, asking pertinent questions of myself and opposing counsel. At the end of the hearing he complimented myself and opposing counsel in front of our clients for our professional presentation of the case and our briefs and then made the appropriate ruling from the bench. I would not hesitate to appear before Judge Gailey again.
