Comments:
I had the life experience of being before Judge Iannazzone in a criminal trial as the defendant. I was acquitted in the 4 day trial. What is very disturbing is how much involved this judge was in prosecuting me. Perhaps this is why I was fully acquitted by the jury, because they saw that an unfair trial was unfolding before them. When it was obvious that the prosecutor was deficient, due to a lack of experience, this judge took on the role of prosecuting for the state. The right thing would have been for the judge to dismiss the case based on the law, I was prosecuted in trial without having violated any state law but that's a different issue. God help any innocent defendant in Iannozzone's Court Room.
