Judge Annis signed a protective order without knowing the facts. When my son got an attorney to get his son from his ex wifes brother they gave him to my son after the hearing. Guardian said the judge was going to sign change of custody because ex surrendered son to brother..judge never signed custody papers and then refused to address matter when ex filed clarification 2 years later

Judge Annis was one sided though the divorce and didn't listen to the evidence. Judge Annis did EX PARTE through the divorce and hearings. Judge Annis took property from my parents and gave to my ex-wife. My parents showed where they owned the property but Judge Annis didn't care. Judge Annis went against every expert witness and my daughter is still being abused. My ex-wife daughter or my step daughter was taken by the courts on 12-11-14 but Judge Annis refuses to protect my daughter. Judge Annis refuses to allow my attorney to withdraw from the case. Annis took all my assets and I can't pay her to file any motions. I feel my civil rights are begin violated because I can't file motions and my attorney will not do this. Judge Annis made me pay a GAL bill or go to jail. The GAL over charged me by $1000 and I showed this but Judge Annis didn't care.
