Litigant

Comment #: GA101
Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
Judge Jolly shows extreme bias in her courtroom with family cases, completely disregarding the emotional needs of the child or children and one of the parents. She also involves herself with ex parte communication with the guardian creating prejudice for one parent without any evidence to back the guardian up.

Litigant

Comment #: GA100
Rating:1.0
Comments:
This judge does not know how to address sensitive custody matters. Her knowledge of how children are harmed by lengthy litigation and being kept away from their parents and extended family causes long term harm to all involved. The amount of money spent and lost in these lengthy hearings is abuse of the system. She refuses to hear one side and allows statements into the court that are not supported by evidence and is biased in her statements and decisions...by evident of a contempt action started in July of 2011 is still open with all custody orders suspended or changed when it is against the law to do that. The child in question will be 15 in June and is given no choice as to what he needs and wants in regards to his dad and his dads family whom he lived with and was cared for by them for years when he was young.
