Judge Padgett in court was informed my GAL that she did not follow the GAL procedure of notifying the judge prior and after making changes to a parents visitation as ordered in the GAL order. He did not follow the legal protocol when GAL violate the GAL order. Judge Padgett requested legal advise from the GAL in court what was her recommendations and what did she desire for Judge Padgett to do in the case, disregarding that GAL had already violated the rights of the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff does not speak and understand English properly and the legal jargon, Plaintiff requested a translator and Judge Wade Padgett refused, violating the Plaintiff legal rights of a translator for proper defense.

He had his mind made up about me before i even entered the court room. He is a very biassed judge. a comment he said to me was "if you would have showed up without a lawyer than i would have been gunning for you."
