Comment #: GA111
Judge Padgett in court was informed my GAL that she did not follow the GAL procedure of notifying the judge prior and after making changes to a parents visitation as ordered in the GAL order. He did not follow the legal protocol when GAL violate the GAL order. Judge Padgett requested legal advise from the GAL in court what was her recommendations and what did she desire for Judge Padgett to do in the case, disregarding that GAL had already violated the rights of the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff does not speak and understand English properly and the legal jargon, Plaintiff requested a translator and Judge Wade Padgett refused, violating the Plaintiff legal rights of a translator for proper defense.

During my custody case with no legal evidence only the hearsay of Donna Anderson a GAL that has no experience in Family Court only the experience of a school principal removed my daughter from my care which I have no criminal history nor any reports as my ex-husband with the department of family and children service by several legal entities. He had my daughter removed out of the Georgia Jurisdiction and placed in unknown territory. Donna Anderson was practicing the law without a license and Judge Padgett permitted it stating to the State Bar that and I quote " I was aware she was practicing outside of her scope." Permitting the GAL who is the wife a local Political figure not to be prosecuted for practicing the law without a license and favorable treatment. The Judge did not permit a continuance for my case with a new attorney and disregarded that the GAL only used hearsay and not legal facts going against a medical forensic evaluation that my child was not to be removed due to it would be harmful for her. She has been placed in a dangerous environment and is having to continuously move not permitting her to establish stability. Judge Padgett due to my religious beliefs violated my civil rights by also stating that I do not believe in God because I do not practice my beliefs in an orthodox fashion. No parental alienation was ever discovered it was only hearsay by my ex and Donna Anderson sided with him and did not properly investigated the case and the transcript state when asked by my attorney if she did any investigation she says and it is quoted from legal transcript " I was going by what .......said to me."
