Judge C. LaTain Kell has failed to uphold his adjudicative responsibilities by being impatient, undignified, and discourteous. He has also allowed similar conduct by lawyers, staff, and other court officials. Judge Kell’s facial expressions, body language, and oral communication clearly show prejudice and bias towards myself and others. When I have attempted to seek relevant and valid clarifications, Judge Kell has rushed me, mocked me, and refused to answer many.
I have been a victim of false imprisonment. I was arrested for Failure to Appear with no grounds. I did appear at the hearing in question, and was still arrested in open court. I was immediately taken into custody and have been denied bond indefinitely. So far it has been 191 days.
I have been a victim of assault and battery inside the courtroom by one of the Sheriff’s Deputies. There is evidence of this on the court’s video camera footage.

very biased, pro prosecution, bends the Law & facts. Example: Glock racketerring case, Appeals Court reversed conviction.
Omits elements of criminal offense, writes in his Orders that exonerating evidence, part of the Record, 'does not exist.' Confronted, claims, that was not what was found. A danger to our public, must be disrobed.
