This judge recently sentenced a first time DUI offender to 12 months after he asserted his right to a jury trial. 6 of these months must be spent incarcerated. This offender (a retired doctor who is running for 14th district GA Congress) has nothing else on his record - outside of 4 traffic tickets collected over his 61 years of life. The court record will show that this judge was pro-prosecution to the point of being unjust. It is my opinion that this judge had already decided the sentence before the hearing/trial/sentencing. I would recommend looking into her ex parte conversations as well.

Judge Morris, well... She was extremely fair during my custody hearing. I won my case and was awarded full custody. She was very polite also during the trail. More judges should be like her.
