Magistrate Judge Jerold Lee is not fit for the bench. He lacks impartiality and objectivity, and lacks the necessary temperament for someone in his position.

He is constantly in the tank with the prosecutors, and repeatedly ignores prosecutorial misconduct, prosecutorial coercion, would not know probable cause or lack of it, ignores Idaho Criminal Rules, and ignore the Idaho Code and statutes.

He further lacks intellectual integrity, probity, and decency.

Magistrate judge Jerold Lee is an unscrupulous shill and pawn for the prosecutors, and nothing more. He lacks intellectual decency and integrity, would not know constitutional and civil rights or probable cause if it bit him in the behind, and actively participates in prosecutorial and judicial coercion of innocent defendants.

This pathetic and pitiful magistrate judge is in the tank with the prosecutors, and desperately needs remedial instruction on constitutional rights, probable cause, requirements of Idaho law regarding dismissals, fairness, objectivity, probity, turpitude, and intellectual integrity.
