The,Hon.Judge Christopher Bieter made an ufair and unjust decision .He has failed to look over every thing in my sons guardianship.I cant help but think thier is somthing not right with his ruling .Eaven After cal. terminating the guardianship of my 2 boys and social servicises filing a report i was a fit parent and a report from child protective services stating the same and having 2 children in my custody ,that i am fit to raise .Its a contradicting judgement that he granted my youngest son to my uncle .I have never been in trouble with drugs and and thier was no evidene or proof that i was ever unfit.I believe i have the grounds for a lawsuit on the ada idaho family law courts . His judgement has caused my family pain suffering tearing my family unit apart I have been diagnosed with cronic liver disease stage 4 and is important to have my family immiedatly reunited i see no other action I can take .This would be a good way to help oyher familys not have to experience this same situation I want to prove my case and vote for a way to terminate a guardianship immediatly for family emergencys and a way to change the law that a guardian can change the religion of a child.I think this judges overall performance is unfair unjust and overlooked thanks Mrs.Merrill
