I am a "lawyer" - One who is learned in the law - but I am NOT a BAR attorney nor do I hold myself out as an attorney. From my experience, Roger Cockerille is not honorable. He is a corrupt "employee" who does not have a judicial temperament. He is industrious, but only at being corrupt, at screwing criminal defendants and collecting illegal exactions for the corporate STATE OF IDAHO and COUNTY OF BOISE. He makes up his own rules, adds words to Statutes, and is totally biased for his employer, STATE OF IDAHO. He suborns perjury and allows inadmissible evidence from lying police employees and unelected prosecuting attorneys. He protects perjurious police and prosecutors by dismissing complaints against them without explanation, and by unlawfully expunging valid, verified criminal complaints against them from the public record. He should be kicked off the bench and sent packing. In my constitutionally protected opinion, he is a habitual criminal who should be in jail.
