Very biased Judge. Favors defendants in almost any litigation. Will not decide cases for plaintiff's often, even if the law is clearly in the Plaintiff's favor. This is the opinion of not just my, but several civil litigation practitioners.

Very good judge. He is extremely professional as he does not let either plantiff or defendant get into profanity matches. He makes sure that everyone is respected as an individual. Very professional and a rare find in judges.
