He has the same confidence level of Joe Biden. He will make up his own laws and then just be so careful about it. When he gets basically called out for doing something incorrect he gets mad at the defendant. I’ve had the plaintiffs attorney show up to his court room. No motion filed nothing calendar. Neither party are there. I just change an order of protection twice.!! he needs to go to jail

He seriously needs to be removed from the bench. I had an order entered against me, ex pate. The evidence that they entered against me was absolutely zero and the only thing the judge said the whole entire hearing was how much she liked my exes attorney and what a great job she does that’s it. It’s been a year for me trying to fix his fuck up you need to burn in hell.

My boyfriend and I have been fighting a grueling and very unfair and biased custody battle against his daughters poor figment of a mother. Judge Nash seems to be beyond incompetent and uncaring. He breaks dozens of illinois laws regarding child custody and turns a bli d eye whe. Given so much physical evidence of child abuse and neglect!! Disgusting and shame on you!! Do your job!! He doesn't care about the child as we've noticed almost 2 years later. He needs to be removed and not ever allowed to practice as judge again!! I have nothing nice to say about this garbage!

I have appeared in his court in both criminal and domestic cases. Let’s be clear about something: he was only appointed by the republican judges so that he could run as a Republican. And he lost. Twice. He is not a good judge, and he is not a good person. He’s not very bright.

Very harsh, very biased, pushing his own beliefs/agenda on each party. Never mediates or de-escalates situations. Hates to be questioned or he’ll throw you in contempt or threaten to rule against you. Holds STRONG grudges. Egotistical, and shows some signs of being a social path. If you have been assigned this judge DO EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO GET A NEW ONE!!!!!!!!!!! I’m also starting an awareness campaign highlighting his disrespectful manner and ancient courtroom tactics so the people of will county who’s tax dollars make up his paycheck will know NOT TO VOTE for him again.

What a brilliant guy, but a regular person nonetheless. He takes time with people. Not overly so. But today, I saw him explain April Fool's day to a ESL person (put her at ease). He was eloquent and kind. He had my heart with that one. But furthermore, he had my brain with every other case. I'm glad to have sat in his Court this morning. I learned plenty.

Over 24,000$ in lawyer fees my brother spent trying to get his child away from his mother who abuses the child.has 3 social security numbers 5 different doesn’t have the child in school.judge messed us on the paperwork now wants us to start over cause he messed up. How much more money dose a family have to shell out. Went into Dept and got no place and wants us to start over to save his own ass. Unacceptable. We will be filing papers on this so called judge

Very Biased . A nightmare for families in the already painful Parentage situation. Allows court room to be used as a harassment arena to the side he favors, or knows personally, or perhaps he benefited in another way. He completely took every possible thing from one party. He does not care that these actions directly take from the child. He is NOT in the best interest of the child. Should you find yourself in front of him do all you can to request a different judge. Even better vote Not to retain him. His term ends June 30, 2019

I went in court today for my husband because Hr can’t miss anymore days of work Judge Nash put me on blast by asking a show of hand who had to miss. Did it ever cross your mind maybe to ask if he has any more day left to take of work before just going off so he did what we thought was best by sending a Notarize letter given permission to remove his daughter out of the state. I understand a judge job is hard but not all the time it take to humiliate and embarrass somebody standing in front of you. I laugh it of to play off in embarrassment and then you tell me to sit down I don’t know why I ask you. Everyone don’t come the court to give the judge a hard time so therefore he shouldn’t just go off and be harsh to everyone. His baby mom needed to leave on Friday cause she has a new job his child decided to go with we only did what we thought would be suffice. Please think about all points before going only of your pet peeve. That when u have kids and they are sick and hurt and days and time is used up you want someone to loose there job? Also take in the time frame the letter was sent also. I unstable Judges see and here a lot and some are upsetting more then other cases but take all into consideration.

Bad comments about Judge Nash clearly come from someone who hasn't practiced before him and many appear to be by the same person - probably someone who got their a#% handed to them for good cause. He actually has a very excellent grasp of fairness and incredible patience for the defendants that appear before him.
