Absolutely one of the less diligent in his duties. He allows so many contempt and non compliance issues slip past. Allows way too many stalling tactics. This case is now been in the courts for three years. He was taken off as judge. We now have one much worse. Judge Karayannis is a biased and unethical judge who also allows much stalling and contempt issues to occur. Children are in danger, yet both these judges fail to act. Police reports are hear say, actual witnesses are not allowed to speak. Just a horrible display of abuse on the bench. Are there any ethical and moral judges in Kane County? Illinois? Or are they all out for the almighty buck. These two judges for sure need to be retrained as to what their jobs are. They both rate -10 for me.

In response to a motion raising pleading deficiencies, Judge Morrow dismissed the technical rules stating "I'm just a country boy." Shocking.
