There have been several matters before Judge Culliton regarding the problems and questionable mental illness of Judge Konetski. He does nothing about his out-of-control Judges and takes no responsibility for what occurs in his courthouse. Judge Culliton, would you please address all the complaints under Judge Konetski and tell people where they might send their complaints? Thank You

This Judge is definitely pro-defense. He lets his Family court Judges slaughter women trying to honestly just enforce their divorce decrees and collect child support. He let Judge James Konetski go on for years acting like a crazy chauvenist, further victimizing battered women and their children. Despite repeated reports of Judge Konetski's bad behavior in court ,he did NOTHING to control his outrageous rulings. He even claims to have no control over his courtrooms and advises victims to go over his head and make legal reports to other organizations. Not a great leader. Not opposed to discrimination. Not an enforcer of Justice. Closes his eyes to the illegal activities going on between Judges and their favored attornies in his own court house. A very sad situation.

Tough judge but seems pretty fair. Lawyers don't want to mess with him. Seems to be somewhat pro-defense and to favor more conservative interests (whether plaintiffs or defendants).
